Ideal movement, strengthening and an increased body awareness! For over a hundred years, Pilates has been constantly further developing and also includes the newest findings from sports science. Many top athletes practice Pilates in order to give their primary discipline the physical foundation and also film stars such as Daniel Craig no longer pump iron in the weight room but improve their body and posture on a Pilates mat.
The course is suitable for both men and women. Every lesson in our online Pilates will have a different physical focus, for instance, our breathing, spinal alignment, shoulder blade stabilization and movement, or the interaction of hip, knee, ankle and foot.
THE COURSE IS TAKING PLACE OLINE.
For participating in the course, you will need a yoga mat or, even better, a thicker Pilates mat and a computer with a webcam.
The course will take place in German.
